Each Tooth Fairy Kit contains one letterpress certificate measuring approx. 5.5 x 8.5 inches where you can fill out all kinds of information about the lost tooth and a tiny manilla envelope for placing the tooth inside to submit to the Tooth Fairy. Then you place all inside the silkscreened pouch and place under the child’s pillow. The Tooth Fairy will leave the pouch for all subsequent lost teeth along with a gift. Only one certificate need be filed and it does not have to be with the first tooth. You may purchase additional certificates for every tooth for $6 each.
